Description
The Village of Metamora is trying something new this year to kick off the Halloween season... a movie on the Village Square sponsored in part by MTCO! The movie is free to attend, so come on out for a fun autumn night. The movie will be shown on a jumbo screen on the Village Square on Saturday, October 5th at 6:45 pm. In keeping with the Halloween theme, we will be showing the nostalgic 2003 "Haunted Mansion". You can find a description of the movie below.
The Metamora Park District will be providing complimentary popcorn, and the Metamora Park District’s pool committee will have hot cider and apple cider donuts for purchase. Illinois Prairie District Public Library will be providing a take and make craft. Don't forget to bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on!
We are encouraging anyone interested to wear a Halloween costume to add some festive fun to the night!
