So Chic Boutique is a small but mighty locally-owned boutique. There are 2 local stores. The first in Morton at 111 W Washington Street, Morton, IL opened in 2013 and the 2nd in Peoria Heights at 4605 N Prospect Road, Peoria Heights, IL opened in 2017.
