How to Introduce Your Child to Golf

As a parent, we are all looking for activities that physically engage our children.  Most of our children are naturally physically active and love to move around. There are a number of ways to help instill a love of activity and help kids make it a part of their lives.  When children are active, their bodies can do things they want and need them to do.  Regular exercise makes for strong muscles and bones, helps maintain a healthy weight, decreases the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and provides a better outlook on life.  One of the best activities to achieve these results is to involve them in golf.
